Building a relationship with Arte
Here are the levels of friendship you can have with Arte. To move up levels, you must tip him and purchase items. The higher your level, the more information he will tell you about when rare items and sales will appear.

If you want to go up on his list, then you can't expect to just magically become better friends with him. His friends are the people that tip him and give him cash for his items. :D If you're looking to be his friend, tip him every day, the higher the better. (the one kinzcash and the ten kinzcash is a bad idea) If you're going to tip him, I suggest 25 kinzcash or higher. Also, buy the things from his shop. Anything you like? Great. Nothing there? Get the cheapest thing. I suggest doing this every day, or almost every day. REMEMBER: THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE TO BE VERY PATIENT WITH! DO NOT EXPECT TO GET THE HIGHEST LEVEL WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS! But, guys, it's worth it. :D
